    If you are staying at the Court, see your booking pages by visiting the VENUE page, clicking on your assigned accommodation, and entering the password provided over email (hint: venue name).

  • Friday: Cocktail / Smart Casual

    Saturday: Black Tie Optional

    Sunday: Casual (+ swim!)

  • For the wedding ceremony and reception, the bridal party will be in champagne dresses. You may want to avoid clashing with that colour, as well as solid white (white-based patterns and hats are okay!).

    If desired, please use our wedding as an excuse to go all out for your outfits, hats, and fascinators - you really can’t overdo it!

  • On average, mid-November temperatures in the UK are 6°C - 10°C / 42°F - 50°F.

    All events will be indoors with fireplaces lit! The church has heating but you may want a coat for the walk outside the church to the venue. There is a cloak room in the venue.

  • The venue has spare swimsuits in all sizes for the pool (and towels). There are also Wellington Boots and umbrellas available so you’re able to confidently wander the grounds!

    For any needs that the Village Shop (convenience store) doesn't provide, the nearest town with shops is Castle Cary, which is about a 10 min. drive.

    In your RSVP, please let us know your menu choices and any dietary restrictions.

  • On Friday, there will be some cider and bubbles around the house. You're welcome to bring anything else you'd like to drink that evening (no corkage!).

    On Saturday, there will be an open bar all day for our guests with bubbles, cider, wine, beer, cocktails, spirits, and Diet Coke.

  • The pool house annex will be locked during the evening on Saturday, but is available for all guests use any other time.

  • As much as we love your little ones, the events will be adult-only, aside from our immediate family members.

    For babes in arms, we have rooms and space for you to step out and soothe or nurse your little ones as needed.

  • You can only bring a plus one if this is listed in your invite. All other invites are intended for the names that appear on the invite only.

    Thank you so much for understanding that we’re trying to accommodate as many people as possible.

  • The venue offers high-speed wifi all throughout the estate.

    In the village and surrounding areas cell service is very spotty!

  • Yes, everything will take place at North Cadbury Court estate all weekend; the church is located in the front lawn of the venue.

    We have arranged a shuttle to run between the venue and Castle Cary on Saturday.

  • Yes the church and venue first floor is wheelchair accessible, and has a wheelchair friendly loo!

  • Please be seated in St. Michaels Church by no later than 1:45pm, the ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 2:00pm.

  • The ceremony will last about 45 minutes and consist of hymns, readings, and vows.

  • Absolutely! Take as many photos and videos as you’d like throughout the day and feel free to post on social media.

    The only caveat is that like Cass would like all photos sent to her as soon as possible so she can relive the day :).

  • Yes, there is a large parking lot at the venue located to the left of the church entrance. You’re welcome to park a car there all weekend.

  • On Saturday, there will be a 16-seater shuttle service provided between Castle Cary and the venue.

    The shuttle will run at scheduled intervals between Castle Cary and the venue before the ceremony and in the evening.

    Please let us know where you are staying in your RSVP so we know who to coordinate the shuttle service for!

    We will communicate the specific route and intervals closer to the event.

  • On the TRANSPORTATION page, we’ve listed taxi companies we’ve been in contact with; this is where we’ve also listed details about getting to North Cadbury from the airport/London via train.

    We have arranged for there to be a shuttle running to and from the venue and Castle Cary on Saturday. 

    Outside of Saturday, or if you stay outside of Castle Cary, you’ll want to pre-book a taxi or park your car at our venue as unfortunately there are no Ubers in this village.

  • Your presence is truly your present! The most we want to ask for is for you to make it safely to our venue and take lots of photos!
